Senior Project Manager

At Web Wizards, we build smart, thoughtful digital experiences for organizations that care about what they’re doing. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings deep experience, steady leadership, and excellent judgment to complex web projects.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll own the successful delivery of multiple digital projects end to end. You’ll be trusted to manage complexity, guide clients with confidence, and support the team with clarity and calm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading complex web and digital projects from discovery through launch
• Owning project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
• Serving as the primary strategic point of contact for clients
• Anticipating risks, dependencies, and scope changes and addressing them proactively
• Translating business goals into clear, actionable plans for designers and developers
• Facilitating project meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Ensuring high quality delivery that aligns with project goals and client expectations
• Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to process improvements
• Partnering with leadership to continuously refine project delivery practices

What We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who has seen a lot, learned from it, and knows how to keep projects and people moving forward.Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience managing digital, web, or software projects
• Significant experience in an agency or multi-client environment
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working closely with designers and developers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Basecamp)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS driven websites and modern web stacks
• Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery approaches
• Experience improving workflows, documentation, or delivery processes
